How is this program unique?
Every workout works the entire body. We do flexibility, core, strength, and cardio during every workout. Each workout is designed so that there is easy and hard versions of every exercise.
How does an online gym membership work?
This program has a combination of live classes, on-demand classes, short DIY workouts, and trainer communication. We use an app to navigate all the workouts, as well as Zoom. If you ever have any technical issues, we'll guide you through them.

Do I need any equipment to do the workouts?
No, you don't need any equipment. All the workouts have been done with just your body weight. If you want to really challenge yourself, you can get some light dumbbells.
Are there different membership options available?
Yes, we have three different membership levels, appropriate for all goals.
Can I access the online gym classes on my mobile device?
Yes. Both the app and the live calls can be used by any mobile device.
If I decide to start, is there a minimum commitment? Or can I cancel at any time?
No. All of our programs are on a month-to-month basis. No long-term commitment.
What types of workouts are offered in the online gym?
The workouts are all low impact, and include elements of stretching, core, strength, and cardio. Each exercise always has a "level 1" version, meaning even the challenging exercises have simpler variations.
Are the workouts suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes, we have consistently had professional athletes in the same class as elderly people trying to get in shape for the first time. We pride ourselves on being a great workout option for everyone.
Is there a trial period available?
Absolutely. We give a full month trial because we want you to make sure this is something that will fit into your life. No credit card needed for the trial membership. Just get started.
How often are new workouts added to the app?
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we add a new 50-minute full body workout. They are always fun, and always a bit different. And each workout works the full body.
Are there any live classes or are they all pre-recorded?
We offer both in the Live Workout membership. The OnDemand membership gives you access to a recording of the live workouts.
Can I get personalized fitness advice or modifications for specific exercises?
Yes. First, we always offer options during class. If you need additional modifications, you have access to trainers through the app. We can help you design a program that works around your injuries and limitations.
